Great care taken by nurse who was very informative.
It was Saturday so I couldn't get to a doctor and I was worried about the amount of blood on my dressing. The nurse put a new dressing on the wound, I was supervised doing the exercises, my blood pressure and pulse was checked and I was able to discuss things that were causing concern.
Very good care can't fault the way I was treated. All staff were excellent.
Thank you very much.
Doctors were very good and treated me with dignity.
The service was effective, all hospital appointment were on time.
Operation planned and completed on time. Ward 2 staff were professional, kind, caring and reliable.
There was evidence that nurses communicate well with the physio and other department.
The service is well led and managed effectively. Well done and thank you.
It was lovely having a full explanation of what was feeling and why my body/leg felt as it did so I was able to chard my exercises/painkillers/ice with more confidence.
The discharge lounge let you down felt very rushed.
My care was excellent in all respects. The call system for nursing assistance worked very well. The food in hospital was good with some variety - appreciated my visit from Jackie- Rocs- was good and helpful.
Care was very good. Professional treatment excellent, nurses and all concern.
Didn't like the discharge system it was much too rushed rather I had other TKR two years ago you did the stars before any thought of discharge was monitored out in the discharge lounge in full view of everybody also the size of the lounge wasn't fit for purpose. There wasn't enough chairs for everyone.
